To provide the highest quality of service in order to enable participants and residents to live, work and recreate in the community. To have an individual plan specifically designed to meet the individual needs of each participant or resident. To identify new needs and locate the resources to meet those needs. To continually look at ways to improve existing services and to developing new services. To find meaningful activities for residents or participants based upon their individual plan, their goals and their abilities. To help participants to continue to learn and develop their skills, within their abilities, in order to maximize their independence.
